General information<\/b><\/p>\n

All public training events and other services and the associated services are subject to these “General Terms and Conditions of the CARMAO Academy for Organizational Resilience” (hereinafter referred to as GTC).<\/p>\n

Sign up <\/b><\/p>\n

Please register in writing (by fax, letter, e-mail or online booking). Due to the limited number of participants, bookings are made in the chronological order in which they are received. You will receive confirmation immediately (time of contract conclusion). <\/p>\n

Cancellation and revocation <\/b><\/p>\n

You can cancel your registration free of charge <\/span>up to 14 days <\/b>before the start of the service<\/span>. Cancellation from the 13th day before the start of the service will incur the full fee. This also applies if the participant does not attend an event (seminar or similar). In such a situation, please consider naming a substitute participant (from a friendly or affiliated company). <\/p>\n

Fee <\/b><\/p>\n

The fees for the events are due 14 days before the start of the event. Participation in an event for only part of the time does not entitle you to a reduction in the fee. If your company books a large number of events within 12 months, you will be entitled to a corresponding bonus; further information on this can be obtained from CARMAO GmbH on request. <\/p>\n

Right to modify <\/b><\/p>\n

We present our offer promptly and updated in our online event planner. We reserve the right to make any necessary adjustments or deviations in terms of content and methodology, provided that these do not significantly change the overall character of the event. We reserve the right to cancel events for organizational reasons (e.g. if the minimum number of participants is not reached or if the speaker is unable to attend due to illness), as well as to reschedule dates and venues. We will then work with you to find another date that you agree to. Otherwise we will refund the fees. There are no further claims. <\/p>\n

Liability <\/b><\/p>\n

Courses and exercises are carefully prepared and designed so that attentive participants can achieve the seminar objectives. However, we are not liable for the success of the training. Claims for damages can only be recognized if intent or gross negligence can be proven. Liability does not apply to personal injury and liability under the Product Liability Act. However, we reserve the right to object to contributory negligence. <\/p>\n

Service details <\/b><\/p>\n

The respective service contents of the events are listed in detail. The participation fees then include the specified services (unless otherwise stated). <\/p>\n

Reservation of ownership <\/b><\/p>\n

We reserve unrestricted title to the delivery of training materials until the customer has fulfilled all payment obligations in full. The resale of course materials is not permitted; any further public use of the contents\/documents must be agreed with CARMAO GmbH. <\/p>\n

Data protection <\/b><\/p>\n

CARMAO GmbH collects, stores and processes your personal data in strict compliance with the Federal Data Protection Act. The data is stored exclusively for processing, invoicing and correspondence for the period required by law. If you have given us your consent, we will also store and process your data for advertising purposes in connection with CARMAO GmbH events, webinars and seminars. If the purpose associated with the storage of the data no longer applies or you revoke your consent, your personal data will be deleted immediately. <\/p>\n

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us <\/p>\n

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. <\/p>\n

Consequences of withdrawal<\/h4>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. <\/p>\n

Start of the service before the end of the withdrawal period<\/h4>\n
